Result: the Junction Mine and the Browne Shaft, along with the mine manager's house, complete with veranda. The Junction Mine began operation in 1886 and before closing in 1923 produced silver ore worth a million pounds sterling. Now abandoned, the mine was restarted in the 1940s and ran until 1972.
