Notes on the Geography of Morocco: Volubilis

Just a reminder of one of the places the Romans relied upon for grain and olive oil. It's just west of Meknes. In the face of Berber attacks, the Romans eventually abandoned it and fell back to Tangier, on the coast across from Gibraltar.
